Software Update for The Jakoter Health Tag
Download the zip file that contains the new form Here.
Unzip the file and save the Legal documents form to your desktop.
Plug your HealthTag into a USB port.
Double click on “My Computer” to show a list of your drives. (If you do not have a “My Computer” icon on your desktop, click on “Start” then click “My computer”)
Double click on the “red cross” icon to access the HealthTag drive. If you do not show a red cross icon look for a removable drive.
Click on the “Files” folder to open it.
Copy/Paste the new form into the folder.
You will be asked if you want to replace the existing form – click “YES”.
Close the windows on your desktop and remove the HealthTag from the USB port.
Plug your HeathTag into a USB port again and proceed as normal.
